Services Provided to Winners of the GreenCard
- Application Form Filling: The first step is to fill out the Green Card lottery application form, which includes personal information and background. Many applicants lose the chance to participate in the lottery every year due to incorrectly filled forms, missing or incorrect information, and failure to upload correct photos.
- Tracking Lottery Results
- Preparation of Application File: Our company will fill out the online application through the website of the U.S. Department of State, Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), which opens every October. The Green Card applicant must collect the necessary documents, including identification documents, birth and marriage records, passport, health examination results, biometric data (fingerprint, photo, etc.), and additional documents if required.
- Submission of Application: The application file, prepared by our company on your behalf, is electronically sent to the U.S. Department of State, Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) in Williamsburg, Kentucky, a department affiliated with the U.S. Government. The applicant will receive an application tracking number from our company.
- Filling out DS-260 Form:
The DS-260 form contains sensitive information and is crucial for visa officers to make decisions about you. It is essential to fill it out correctly and completely. If you fill out the form with our company, we will provide support regarding the documents and information to be prepared.
- Interview and Evaluation:
Winners of the Green Card lottery will undergo an interview where immigration officials verify the information in the application form and may ask additional questions. Evaluation processes such as health examinations and security checks will also be conducted. Personalized preparation for the interview process and the required documents will be provided by our company.
- Approval and Visa Issuance:
If the application is accepted, the winner and their family must enter the United States together within approximately 6 months (the last entry date is indicated on the visa). After your entry, your Green Card will be sent to the address provided on your DS-260 form. The Green Card is generally valid for 10 years and must be renewed before it expires. Our company will provide free information on important matters before traveling to the United States, such as official applications, opening bank accounts, obtaining a driver's license, etc.
