8. Credit Card Payment Cancellations:

Unpaid or canceled payments may result in legal actions upon your arrival in the United States or your country of residence, as agreed.

9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution:

   You agree that all matters, including disputes related to your access or use of the site, will be governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You accept personal jurisdiction and venue in Albany, New York, and waive any objections. Any claim or action must be brought within one year of the cause of action, or it will be barred. In the event of a dispute, the parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve it promptly. If unresolved within a reasonable time, the parties may resort to mediation. If mediation fails, the parties are free to pursue any available legal remedies.

10. Decisions under Lottery Laws:

    It is important to note that the U.S. Government has the authority to cancel the Diversity Visa Program at any time with the approval of the U.S. Congress. Our company will not be held responsible in the event of a Prevention Announcement, and no refunds will be provided for payments made before such an announcement.

11. Waiver of Company Lawsuits:

    Our company is not obligated to accept settlement offers or dismiss lawsuits due to unpaid or canceled payments when you settle in the United States. Failure to obtain U.S. citizenship in the future due to unpaid fees or canceled payments does not hold our company responsible.
